    Skills Training is Hands‑On Therapy That Sticks. More than talk—this is practice. I teach, practice, and coach simple, repeatable tools you can use between sessions to navigate tough thoughts, scary feelings, anxious habits, and interpersonal stress. Small, steady steps help the skills become second nature.

  • ERP breaks that cycle. You’ll learn to meet the scary stuff with compassion—and then choose to skip the habits your brain says you need. We do this gradually and safely. ERP helps your brain can retrain your nervous system and learn the truth which is anxiety rises and falls on its own, and you’re stronger than it says you are. ERP will help you learn to exist without feeling like you’re in danger.

  • Therapy that meets you where your body lives. A gentle blend of yoga, breath work, tapping, sound healing, and guided meditations to settle your system and build a sense of safety—one small, steady step at a time.
