    Ja'nae's Approach

    I believe that we all deserve to live the life we envision for ourselves. You may have experienced situations that cause you to second-guess yourself. You may have even taken on traits that others put onto you; with the help of therapy, you and I can unpack these experiences together. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned the significance of re-parenting and nurturing my inner child, and I want to help others experience the essence of healing and acceptance. With the help of therapy, yoga, and mediation, I help women practice self-love, self-compassion, and grace with themselves. In my past life, I believe I was a wardrobe stylist. So, I love shopping, putting outfits together, and making Pinterest boards! I make it a point to be authentic in my sessions, which takes away the “formality” of therapy and invites space for BEING.
